(You can receive the free serialized stories by signing up for The Friends of Bain at the bottom of the page...)
The current serialized newsletter story, "His Teacher's Voice" is drawing to a close...
As noted elsewhere, I'll eventually be giving the third novel in the RIDERS OF THE WEIRD WEST series, SILVER STALLION, to The Friends as a newsletter serial, but that won't start until probably this fall at the earliest.
In the meantime, I already owe two promised stories: a Green River ghost story called "The Man Who Never Stopped Running" and a story about Mike Menger's activities after the events of GRAY LAKE.
But I think I need one more to carry us into fall, when I plan to write SILVER STALLION, so I'm opening up the vote again!
I have four potential projects in mind:
1. A sequel to my story "Cauldron Car" about police who find some magical motorcycles. Working title: "Mean Motorscooters".
2. A sequel to my story "Brujas Behind Bars" which details what happens to Sadie the witch after her "escape" from prison. Working title: "Sadie and The Wolves".
3. A Thelma & Louise-inspired, action-oriented story about two crazy gals on the lam from/fighting against an interdimensional conspiracy. Working title: "American Dreamers".
4. A character-oriented post-apocalypse vampire story called "Blood Pressure".
